Sarah K. Glatt

SARAH K. GLATT joined the law firm of O’Laughlin & Paris in 2019.  Ms. Glatt’s practice focuses on assisting public and private clients with water and environmental issues, including water right priority, groundwater, and compliance with environmental laws such as CEQA and SGMA.  Ms. Glatt is also involved with advising clients on navigating the LAFCO application process and the firm’s litigation practice.

Ms. Glatt graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.  While an undergraduate, Ms. Glatt spent an academic year at the University of St. Andrews in St. Andrews, Scotland studying International Relations. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California Davis, where she graduated in 2014.

Prior to joining O’Laughlin & Paris, Ms. Glatt worked in private civil defense and for local public entities.  Ms. Glatt is a member of the California State Bar, Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Milton L. Schwartz/David F. Levi American Inn of Court.
